Frank Inzan Owen I am struck by the sonic purity of this album. A warm glow emanates from it that put me at ease and seemed to reboot the deeper qualities of the senses. The first two tracks feel like an invitation—to slow down, to look freshly, to unfurl. There is a gentleness, a reverence, a contemplative shine to this recording, punctuated with subtle, patterned reverberations. If listened to deeply (while sitting or walking) its smooth flow and pulses will wake something in you. Favorite track: Thoughtless Thoughts.

about

Intentionally quiet, sparse, minimalist, abstract sound vignettes composed of simple synthesizer sound tones while retaining a very organic quality. This album has a sense of innocence, purity, and nostalgia. Deceptively simple in complexity, a strange but appealing convergence of childhood innocence, basic geometry/math/physics, snapshot memories, and technicolor sounds conveying and inducing a psychoactive calm of familiar yet undefined impressions and emotions.
